I had to get to a place of struggle with my health to see the light and figure all this out, I hope this is the same for you.

Hi, I’ve not tried it before – give it a go! If it’s like the packet shredded suet, it’ll have some flour mixed in so won’t be gluten-free. That may not be an issue for you. My guess is that it still won’t be as good as the real thing. There are plenty of online butchers that sell it such as https://www.primalmeats.co.uk/product/organic-grass-fed-beef-suet/

My butcher only sells shredded suet. Do you reckon it would be possible to squish it together and make the cracklings you mention above?

Thank you so much for your hard work to explain it so well that I can understand. I had my diet change dramatically to raw carnivore diet since last month due to my severe bad reaction to all food. I cannot eat any cooked food, and only able to tolerate very flesh raw venison meat, otherwise I would be in hell. I believe it is caused by my ability to digest and also worsen the immune system by having the leaky gut. If I have the knowledge like you, then I may not be in such a terrible situation. Surprisingly, my body is able to slowly recover after 30 days, even I had damaged it over more than two decades of very so called “healthy” food by the experts.
